Hundreds of talented artists and performers have uploaded their music to the WKYS website and the top twelve finalists have been selected by WKYS listeners!

The 12 finalists performed live out at Ibiza nightclub on June 24th so that you could vote for who you want to be crowned DMV's Next Star.

The winner gets a single recording contract, the chance to perform at Russ Parr’s Splash Bash at Six Flags America, studio time courtesy of Omega Studios in Rockville, MD and an assortment of wonderful prizing from Frequency News including a full page write up and song distribution to key radio industry executives, programmers and mixers.
