Become Prince George's County's Next Music Star!
Do you sing, rap, or write poetry? Create your own music video and tell the world why drugs and alcohol aren't part of your life. Enter by May 21st 2014 for a chance to have your song professionally recorded in studio and debut it at Teen Fest on stage at Allentown Splash, Tennis and Fitness Park, June 14th.
Follow these simple steps to enter today!
- Educate yourself on the harmful effects drugs and alcohol can have on your body and your life. Visit givedrugsabadrap.com.
- Listen to the three "Give Drugs a Bad Rap" 93-second music beat options, pick your favorite to use as the background for your entry.
- Read the full contest rules before entering! Must be between the ages of 13 and 22, and a resident of Prince George's County MD.
- Write and record a song or rap about why you choose not to use drugs or alcohol. Your entry must contain at least 3 anti-drug/anti-alcohol messages from the list provided to qualify.
- Submit your video for the world to see by May 21st, 2014.
- Your entry will be judged on the quality of its lyrics by a panel of judges.
