Rock The Bells is the biggest hip-hop music festival on
the planet. It will already feature a who's who in hip-hop including the
Wu-Tang Clan, Black Hippy, J. Cole, Big Sean, Common, A$AP Mob and, of
course, DMV's own Wale and Logic but who's next? 93.9 WKYS wants to give
a chance for the DMV's next rap phenomenon to perform at Rock The Bells
and take their career to the next level.
In the finals round, The vote is split four ways between online votes from listeners and a three judge panel. Listener votes will account for 25 percent of the vote with each individual judge also accounting for 25 percent of the vote a piece for a total of 100 percent. The finalist with the highest vote score will be selected to perform at Rock The Bells. Vote period ends September 20 at 5pm. The winner will be announced on Angie Ange's show on Monday, September 23 at 6pm.
